Challenges will vary in nature. They may include, but are not limited to, physical challenges, dares, ideas/topics to keep in mind, mental discipline, and knowledge gain/mastery.

Not all challenges will be applicable to all redditors, but use your imagination and interpret the challenge and apply it to your life the best you can.

Please upvote challenges, since they only come up once a week and get no karma this will help others see them and potentially benefit as well. If possible you might try to get a group or some friends to do the challenges with together, or place little reminders around.
