Google Support

Rules blantantly copied from /r/GooglePixel (thanks guys!)

  1. Posts must be related to the Google Home devices and the #madebygoogle lineup. General /r/Google or /r/Android discussion should be posted to those subreddits.

  2. Tech support is permissible within certain bounds. Please search the subreddit before posting. Repeated questions may be removed without reason.

  3. No memes or NSFW content. /r/GoogleHome has adopted this policy to reduce low-effort and obscene submissions. Instead, consider /r/AndroidCircleJerk.

  4. No URL shorteners. With the exception of goo.gl/photos, /r/GoogleHome strictly prohibits malicious links and short links of any kind. This policy has zero tolerance and all such posts will be removed. Repeat offenders will be banned. Do not use bit.ly, goo.gl, tinyurl.com, amzn.com or other similar URL shortening service that obscure the true destination of a link.

  5. No referral, affiliate, or other self-promotion links. To reduce spam and promote the general welfare of /r/GoogleHome , all such links will be removed. Repeat offenders may be banned.

  6. No flaming or trolling. /r/GoogleHome discourages disparaging, insightful, and inflammatory comments against other users. Please participate in meaningful discourse. Tremendously obscene or malicious statements may be removed without explanation.

  7. No disinformation or illegal content. Articles or media that has been proven false beyond a reasonable doubt are strictly prohibited. Additionally, intentionally misleading or non-descriptive titles are strongly discouraged. If severely misleading, posts may be removed. Do not direct others to perform illegal actions, e.g. downloading a car. Links to pirated, unlawful, or malicious content is strictly prohibited. Do not directly link to downloads either.

  8. Keep reposts to a minimum. While not strictly enforced, moderators may act in situations where new submissions detract from the welfare of /r/GoogleHome.

  9. AmAs, Q&As, giveaways, and other community-facing content must be approved by moderators.

  10. Use monthly threads for posting rants/feature request/easter eggs.

  11. No for-sale/trade submissions. We have no safeguards in place to protect anyone from being scammed. Use /r/phoneswap or /r/hardwareswap and follow their rules.

And as always, be nice and follow reddiquette.
