Our philosophy is simple: embrace what is swole and strive to make the world a more swole place.
We are often bombarded with the "ideal," and the vast majority of both women and men, do not measure up, regardless of their swole. We all suffer from a lack of perfection in symmetry and strength and in comparison to those with great genetics. And we all deserve to feel good about ourselves and comfortable in our swole.
We welcome bodies of all shapes, sizes, abilities, and disabilities- as long as you're swole or on the path to swole. We are about accepting yourself right now, swole.
Some hard and fast rules:
Any abusive behavior towards any poster will not be tolerated. This includes a general rule of respect and civility.
No disrespecting pandas (Ailuropoda melanoleuca) for they are the chosen animal of swole. First time offense is ban.
No advocating of cardio, no trash talking of swole or negative comments about swole, and no telling anyone what they should eat or how they should exercise; that is unless they're trying to get swole and are asking for help. These are personal decisions, and it is absolutely unacceptable to push them on others.
Posts violating these policies will be removed.
