• Do you like cities? Countryside? Diners?
• Are you a hiker? Biker? Scuba diver?
• Do you like Mountains? Beaches? Cars? Trains? Museums?
• Are you an adventurous eater?

etc. The simplest way to do this is to just list some of the places you've already been and what you liked and disliked about each of them.
